The name itself reflects its purpose: 'AI' for artifical intelligence, powered by an impressive 20 megawatts (MW) of compute capacity.

The AI:20 is a turnkey solution, delivering a complete, ready-to-use package. Its custom-modular design allows for phased deployment in just 12-15 months, significantly reducing lead time compared to traditional data centre construction.
Proudly engineered in the North-East of England, every module is fabricated in-house at Durata Fabrication's 80,000sq. ft facility, then shipped via Teesside's Freeport by using the region's strong logistics network to reach clients across the globe.
